The estate, currently in operation, comprises 447 hectares, of which 105 hectares are arable land planted with cereal crops and 3,935 almond trees. The remainder is forest land.

Within the estate, there is a spring and a water reservoir for exclusive use.

The estate includes a farmhouse of approximately 226 square meters, with its associated corrals. There are also
remains of two other farmhouses.

The highest part of the property is located within the Sierra María-Los Vélez Natural Park.

It has an active private small game hunting reserve.
